China Energy Storage Alliance

About us

China Energy Storage Alliance (CNESA), established in March 2010 as China’s first non-profit energy storage industry association, is dedicated to promoting the healthy, orderly, and sustainable development of the energy storage industry through policy influence and the advancement of technology applications. Boasting over 800 domestic and global members, including leading energy storage firms, renewable energy companies, power systems, research institutes, and universities, CNESA plays a pivotal and pioneering role in supporting government authorities in researching and formulating China’s energy storage industry development strategy, advocating for industry development models, identifying medium-to-long term priorities for industrial development, and uniting industry forces to promote the establishment of effective industry mechanisms. To fulfill its mission, CNESA operates five core service platforms: Industry Research, Policy Advocacy, Event & Exchange, Financial Services, and Alliance Standards.
