AlphaESS Signs Strategic Joint Venture Agreement with HyperStrong to Establish Energy Storage Manufacturing Capacity in Southeast Asia
On June 24 local time, Jiangsu AlphaESS Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (AlphaESS) and Beijing HyperStrong Technology Co., Ltd. (HyperStrong) officially signed a strategic joint venture agreement in Malaysia.
Through this partnership, the two companies will jointly develop a localized energy storage manufacturing platform in Southeast Asia, leveraging their complementary strengths across the industrial value chain to accelerate AlphaESS’s global expansion.
Representing both companies at the signing ceremony were Shi Facheng, General Manager of AlphaESS, and Dr. Qian Hao, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of HyperStrong, who formally signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Shi Facheng, General Manager of AlphaESS, stated that establishing manufacturing capacity in Malaysia together with HyperStrong represents not only a deep integration of the two companies’ complementary resources, but also a key strategic step in AlphaESS’s international expansion.
By combining HyperStrong’s extensive expertise in energy storage system integration and global supply chain management with AlphaESS’s strong capabilities in intelligent manufacturing and global project delivery, the partnership is expected to rapidly build high-quality and efficient localized delivery capabilities.
Looking ahead, the two companies will work together to provide customers across Southeast Asia and global markets with more cost-effective and innovative energy storage solutions, supporting regional energy transformation.
